On Saturday 26th September, with the sun shining down, Petersfield LIons set up their gazebo in the Market Square. We are so grateful to all the people who stopped by and either took away jigsaws, books or games or had a go on our tombola. We raised £321.56 which will be used to support our local community.
Â
It was lovely to see people happy with what they found – one gentleman was over the moon that we had a book he had been looking for for a long time. Â
Â
Our club is looking forward to the Giant Christmas Charity Market, in the Festival Hall, on 19th December when we will once again be having a tombola, jigsaws, children’s toys and games for donations and our popular ‘everyone a winner’.
