2009 – Railway Festival Success

In April, Petersfield Lions rolled out their Animal Tombola stall for the festivities celebrating 150 years of the railway through the Town. In keeping with the Victorian theme many Lions dressed up (or down) in 19th century style. This included the Town Crier who doubled as an event marshall. The stall was its normal financial success adding a couple of hundred pounds to the charity account coffers.
