The Diabetes UK South East Team are carrying on holding virtual events at present to reach out and support people living with or affected by diabetes. The first of these is ‘Diabetes and Dementia’, it is open to anyone with either or both conditions, their Carers, family, friends and Health Care professionals.
It is free to join.
